USP–NF users should note that the proposed revisions to USP General Chapter <7> Labeling appearing in Pharmacopeial Forum (PF) 38(1) January/February 2012 are currently posted on the USP website. Note that the proposed, new information in this Chapter has been removed from the General Notices and General Chapter <1> Injections. General Chapter <7> consolidates information on labeling standards as established by the Nomenclature, Safety, and Labeling Expert Committee. USP will accept comments on the proposed General Chapter <7> Nomenclature revisions until March 31, 2012.
